Big up’s to boardparadise.com In this part of the episode Morgan “HOLLYWOOD” Monroe and Tom Spano go Hallway Luging in LA The girl you see in this part of the VDO is Marcy Tillman and we did a show about her son called “The Death of Ian Tillman” The Ian Tilmann Foundation was founded by Marcy Tilmann in late 2005 after the death of her son, Ian Tilmann. Ian was killed in a skateboard accident. A Helmet would have saved his life. The HOLLYWOOD Summit Show has chilling video footage of Ian Tillman skateboarding on the very hill he died on the night before. We have great interviews that add up to one exciting, not to be missed, episode. After the loss of her son, Marcy Tilmann could have turned her pain into hate for the sport of skateboarding however; she embraced it by forming The Ian Tilmann Foundation, that has given over 1000 Free Helmets to skaters who promise to wear them. In 2008, the Free Helmet program started turned its focus on public and private skate parks that serve as the “Free Helmet” store in their neighborhoods. The Foundation is striking partnerships with City and County Recreation Departments as well as private operators of public skate parks.
