Step 1. Strap on your board, hop in the water, and start riding.
Step 2. Start by jumping wake to wake. Make sure you have a good jump and can clear both wakes.
Step 3. The back roll is done from the heel side. If you board with your left foot forward that you will do this from right wake to left wake and vice versa.
Step 4. Pull to your side, found in step 3. Don’t pull out too wide, about 30-40 feet is fine.
Step 5. Turn into the wake with control and ease. This is straight forward, take the jump just like you practiced before. Apply more and more pressure to your heal side edge, accelerating as you get closer to the wake.
Step 6. Keep your arms straight and the handle down.
Step 7. Once you are through the wake, turn the front shoulder and lean your head back and pull your legs over your head.
Step 9. As the board turns over your head, spot your leading on the other side of the wake.
Step 10. While the board contacts the water, keep your weight frontward and keep riding like you never went airborne.
