I just learned to surf. I am pretty good at it. I could have done it without this guide I just bought. I really suggest you take a look at it: Click Here.

February 9, 2011 at 8:19 pmMost people go out until it’s about 49 degrees, you can get a wetsuit to keep you warm. And your skin doesn’t sting. But after 40 you usually have to winterize your engine.
February 9, 2011 at 8:26 pmexcellent instruction. Well explained, and enough detail to learn it, but not so much detail that it gets too technical.
February 9, 2011 at 9:53 pmGreat beginner video…I just started wakeboarding and am working to cross both wakes when jumping.. but its hard since I don’t have a tower. If only money grew on trees…
February 9, 2011 at 10:59 pm@sporemenietje, all the lakes are frozen over (I live in MN). I snowboard in the winter though.
February 9, 2011 at 11:34 pm@CelticSilurianTribe yeh my boat doesnt have a wakeboard tower we didnt rely have enough money to add one on. But yeh it is alot harder. But ive practiced so much on these wakejumps and i finally can jump the wake easily heelside. Toeside is so much harder but im trying to get better
February 9, 2011 at 11:38 pm@ineedajob555 the intro is about the failure and pain your going to go through to become a half decent rider.
No pain, no gain. Be Relentless in your goals.
I love wakeboarding but I still havnt got good air off the wake.
I don’t have a tower on the boat which doesn’t help but this guy is awesome, i listened to him before going out on the boat last month and i did manage a couple of small jumps.
February 10, 2011 at 12:41 amthis video is helpful but i dont get the intro. Why would someone want to show a bunch of clips of them wiping out???????

February 10, 2011 at 3:39 amThis really helped! I can jump but I did it totally different. Thats why I didnt get good air. Now, Im just gonna go, Im not gonna be scared, im just gonna go real fast then BOOM!!!!!! Thanks for the vid!
February 10, 2011 at 5:34 am@wakeboarderforlife28 How fast are you suppose to be going? I heard like 20mph, is that right?
February 10, 2011 at 6:51 am@skateboardnow 55 60 think width of wake to wake to i got cable rope with extensions works like a charm 0% strecth bout 110 $ at west marine but find em anywhere
February 10, 2011 at 7:27 amWhats the perfect length for the rope to be at if you wanted to gap the wake and do tricks?
February 10, 2011 at 7:39 am@OliOliK that would depend on alot of things but most people keep it around 20 mph or so.
