Jumping wake to wake with a good crash in the end! getting pulled behind our 232 cobalt

Wakeboarding accident! Tibial plateau fracture w/ compartment syndrome. Ended up w/ 2 plated 10 screws and 102 staples! great vacation

    the knee will go on to develope post traumatic arthris in 10 to 20 years time

    your almost certain to need a tkr one day

    for a tibial platou fracture your probly looking at 6 months on crutches

    i walked out on crutches, but 4 months of rehab…its now a yr later and im about 90 percent

    Yes, in medical terms such a procedure is referred to as an “escharotomy”

    Compartment syn. Interesting.

    The impact was powerful enough to produce huge imflamation of the muscle tissues, so, in order to have room to expand while swelling and not die crushed inside the leg, doctors do some cuts to give the muscles room for the swelling.
